Welcome to Always Weekend Eatery.

Today's Special:
Pink Cream Cheese Chocolate Brownie Bites
Photos & Recipe tweaked by P.Ladle
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup flour
5 tsp cocoa
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
Pour the ingredients into a mini cupcake pan and bake at 350 F for 12 minutes.
When the brownies cool halfway, put on icing of your choice (I used a store bought creamcheese icing, with a little bit of red food coloring). These were the simplest brownies I ever made!

  1. Sooo Good!

I liked how the brownies were soft in the middle. And they're the perfect size since I tend to overdose on food. 2 giant brownies vs 2 bite-size ones...gee I wonder which is better for me =P.
